Ticket Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets for Bone Daddyz Music Lounge events. Please review our industry-standard fulfillment and refund rules:

• All Sales Are Final: Due to booking contracts with performing artists and live inventory management constraints, all event ticket sales processed through our online gateway platform are non-refundable.
• Cancelled Events: If an event is entirely cancelled by the venue or performing artist without a rescheduled alternative date, a full refund of the ticket face value will be automatically processed back to your original payment credit card profile within 7 to 10 business days.
• Postponed Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your purchased tickets will automatically remain fully valid for entry on the newly scheduled calendar date. No further action is required on your part.
